hiLina Cash Alerts: how opt-in works

hiLina Cash Alerts is the text message program of hiLina, financial software for small business owners operated by X HACK LLC. hiLina account holders can choose to get text alerts when their cash runway changes tier or their cash crosses the floor they set, plus a short Monday update.

Opting in happens inside the app. It is optional and not required to use hiLina. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel.

  1. hiLina sign-up step titled 'Want Lina to text you?' with a mobile number field, an unchecked consent checkbox, a 'Turn on text alerts' button and a 'Skip for now' link.
    1. Optional text alerts step at the end of sign-up. 'Skip for now' continues without texts.
  2. hiLina Brief with account data blurred and the notice 'Text alerts are on.'
    2. After submitting during sign-up: the user lands on their hiLina Brief with the notice 'Text alerts are on.' (account data blurred)
  3. hiLina Text alerts page with the same mobile number field, unchecked consent checkbox and 'Turn on text alerts' button.
    3. The same form any time later from Text alerts in the app menu.

After opting in, the user receives this text message:
